Azar Pajouhesh, born on the 8th of Azar 1319 (November 29, 1940), is a veteran of radio in Iran and one of the narrators of the “Golha” (Flowers) program.
Her father was the head of the Department of Culture, and her mother was an English teacher. After getting married, she traveled to Urmia with her husband and started her announcing career in Urmia Radio with news broadcasts in 1336 (1957). A few years later, her child became ill, and she was forced to move to Tehran. In Tehran, while announcing the news, she became a host and narrator in the Golha program. Azar Pajouhesh currently lives in France.
