Ehsan Abaei was born in Mashhad. In 1989, he started learning music with Behdad Shahideh. In 1997, he entered the Faculty of Music of the University of Arts and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music in 2001. In 2004, he continued his studies in the field of performance at the same university and completed his academic studies in 2007.
