Bahār Gholāmhoseini, known as Elaheh (1934–August 15, 2007), was an Iranian singer. She was born in Tehran (in the Bāgh Shāh neighborhood). From childhood, she was interested in singing, but her family was not very interested in their daughter’s singing at that time, so she usually sang secretly in her room for herself. In February 1955, she married Khairollah Yeganeh, one of the wealthy and intellectuals of that time. Her husband, who was from one of the بزرگ and authentic families of Lorestan, supported her art and played a significant role in her success. After a while, through Parviz Khatibi, she was introduced to Majid Vafadar, who lived in the neighborhood of Elaheh’s parental home, and then through Davoud Pirnia, she entered the field of music.
