Jamshid Andalibi (born March 3, 1958, in Sanandaj) is a musician, composer, and Ney (Persian reed flute) player.

Jamshid Andalibi initially learned to play the Ney without a teacher, and then continued to learn the techniques of the Ney instrument by attending the University of Tehran and becoming acquainted with Hossein Omoumi. He learned the repertoire of traditional Iranian music from Nasrullah Naseh Pour, Nour-Ali Boroumand, and Mohammad Reza Lotfi.

In 1981, Andalibi went to Isfahan to study advanced Ney playing techniques with Hassan Kasaei. Andalibi has worked closely with Mohammad Reza Shajarian in works such as Bidad, Nava, Dastan, Dood-e Oud, Aseman-e Eshgh, Yad-e Ayam, Rosvaye Del, Payam-e Nasim, Del-e Majnoon, and Sarv-e Chaman.

In addition to playing, he has also been active in composing, and his activities in the field of composing include the albums Miheman-e To, Paeiz-e Neyzar, and Mounes-e Jan. Andalibi has also arranged and played Abolhassan Saba’s pieces with the Ney in the form of an educational repertoire.
